Once purchased you will be sent an email within 48 hours a Client Intake Form to fill out. You will also be contacted to schedule your onboarding call with your coach to start the process. If you have any questions please email andrew@amplifiedperformancecoaching.com.
Refund Policy: Client understands that the coaching services provided by Coach are non-refundable. In the event that Client is unable to continue with the coaching services for any reason, Client shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the fees paid.
Autorenewal: When you sign up for fitness and/or nutrition coaching you agree to auto renewal of the package you purchase. It is your responsibility to end the cancel the subscription if you wish to stop the services.
